Mandatory Requirements: (We exceed State requirements)
- Current State of Florida License (RN and LPN only)
- Current State of Florida Certification (CNA only)
- Current State of Florida Certification (HHA only)
- Proof of background screening including fingerprint check through the FBI & FDLE.
- Bonded and Insured
- CPR Certified – Adult and Pediatrics
- State required health clearance from communicable diseases
- Individual malpractice insurance (exceeds state minimum requirements)
- State required Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
- Minimum of 3 references (we check all references)
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in medical/ surgical hospital nursing (nurses only)
- Experience in home health care
- Current Driver's License
- Proof of Automobile Insurance
- Social Security Card
- Passport, if available
- Strict white uniform policy (unless patient requests otherwise)
- Must conform to all standards and policies of Jupiter Home Health
- Independent Contractors
